What are the criteria for participation?

To participate, you must be a woman above the age of 10 years old. This campaign is designed to help business owners, so having a business is a necessity. You must be an Indian citizen residing in the state of Bengal.
Is anyone exempt from participating?

Since this contest focuses on women business owners, male entries would not be taken into consideration. Women below the age of 10 years and those who aren’t residing in Bengal are exempted from entering this contest.
Do we need to be fluent in English to participate?

Fluency is not required to participate in the Ma se Marie contest. You can choose to tell us about your business in Hindi, English or Bangla language as well.
What does registering through IVR mean?
+
When you choose to register through IVR, you will receive a call from Britannia Ma se Marie, where you will be asked to answer three simple questions about your business. You will have 45 seconds to answer each question and the facility to answer again if you were not satisfied with your response. Your responses will be recorded and based on them, the winners will be decided.
For registering through WhatsApp chat, can I talk about my business through a voice message?

When registering through WhatsApp, you would have an option to record a voice note, share a message or simply click a picture of a hand written answer and share that with us
Based on what criteria are the winners chosen?

Winners will be shortlisted based on the responses provided to the contest questions
How many rounds of selection will there be?

Once you submit your entry after answering the three simple questions, you will be notified if you’re shortlisted. You will then be contacted for further details.
What are the rewards up for grabs?

The top 5 winners will be awarded with a pandal setup at the auspicious Durga Pooja. This will be an opportunity for showcasing your business, reaching large masses, and gaining visibility for your business.
How many winners will be chosen?

Five lucky winners will be chosen based on their responses to the contest questions.
If chosen as a winner, will the travel costs to the stall location be covered by Britannia?

Once the winners are announced, they will need to travel to the pandal where they will be granted pandal setups at the Durga Pooja. The travel and accommodation of the winners will be the winner’s responsibility.
